1. Thank You for Shopping at Gacha Planet
We truly appreciate your visit and purchase.
Each Gachapon capsule and collectible item is carefully selected, 100% authentic, and officially licensed. Every product is inspected before shipping or display to ensure quality and authenticity.
Because most of our products are sealed blind boxes or random capsules, please review our policy below before purchasing.
⚠️ All sales are final and non-returnable/non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
2. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only for defective or incorrect items.
Items must be reported within 7 days of delivery and remain unused and in their original packaging.
Opened capsules, blind boxes are not eligible for return or refund due to their random nature.
All other purchases are considered final sale.
3. Refund Process
Once your return is approved and the item is received, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Refunds are only available if the item is confirmed defective or an error was made by us.
Refunds are not available for change of mind or reasons outside this policy.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
4. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are accepted only for the same item and design if stock is available.
Different series or variants require a new purchase after the original return is processed.
5. How to Request a Return or Refund
Email support@gacha-planet.com with your order number, product name, and clear photos of the issue.
Our team will verify the request and provide return instructions if approved.
Once the item is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval and refund status.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Only factory defects or incorrect shipments qualify for replacement or refund approval.
7. Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
