This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered by Gacha Planet.
By purchasing from our store, you agree to the following shipping terms and conditions.
This policy applies to all online and in-store purchases shipped within the United States.
2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Processing times do not include weekends or public holidays.
During peak seasons or special events, processing may take slightly longer, and customers will be notified if delays occur.
3. SHIPPING METHODS & RATES
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected service.
We currently offer:
Standard Shipping – Estimated 3–7 business days after dispatch
Actual delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier and the option you select.
4. SHIPPING AREA
We currently ship within the United States only.
International shipping is not available at this time.
5. TRACKING INFORMATION
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Tracking updates are provided directly by the carrier and may take up to 24 hours to appear.
6. SHIPPING DELAYS & LOST PACKAGES
Gacha Planet is not responsible for delivery delays caused by weather, postal service issues, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If your package is delayed or lost, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
We will assist where possible but cannot guarantee carrier resolution.
7. DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS
If you receive a damaged package or missing item, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery with photo evidence.
We will review your claim and provide assistance according to our Return & Refund Policy.
8. ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping addresses entered during checkout are accurate and complete.
We are not liable for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
